Encryption

We’re happy to announce that we have added the aes128-gcm and aes256-gcm Ciphers to the latest build of Xshell. So if you’re server requires either of these encryption types, you can now access those servers with Xshell. Note: Users updating to Xshell Build 0788 and Xmanager Enterprise Build 0769 from previous Builds will need to manually add these two Ciphers into the Cipher list.
